The following terms of use aim to clearly state the terms governing the company’s relations with each customer, user or visitor of the online store. Users/visitors are requested to carefully read and comply with the following terms and conditions governing the use of our online store. In the event that any user/visitor disagrees with these terms, they are asked not to use this website. Shipments and returns

Shipping is done via ACS and GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI, with the corresponding tracking code. Estimated delivery time for orders is 2-5 business days from the time we ship it. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days. Before making a return for any reason, you must first inform us via our email divosiargenteria@gmail.com, attaching the purchase invoice of the order. The product or products must be in excellent condition, not used, worn or in any other condition than their original condition and the tag with the product code must not have been removed. Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. In case of product return, the money can either be credited to your account for the next purchase or returned to your bank account, according to your wish. The refund is made if the purchase invoice is returned together with the product. For the refund, it takes up to 5 working days from the receipt of the products in the e-shop and the beneficiary of the account must be the customer in whose name the order was placed.
